Aaron Stone is a Senior Partner of Apollo Global Management, LLC having joined the firm in 1997. He oversees the firm's investments in the media and entertainment sectors. Prior to 1997, Mr. Stone was employed by Smith Barney Inc. in its Investment Banking division. Mr. Stone currently is a member of the board of directors of Endemol Shine Group, AMC Entertainment, Audish, CORE Media Group, Great Wolf Resorts, and Open Road Films; and has previously served on the boards of Connections Academy, Educate, Hughes Communications, Hughes Telematics, Intelsat, Mobile Satellite Ventures, Parallel Petroleum, SkyTerra Communications, and Telemundo Group. Mr. Stone is also involved in several non-profit organizations and is a member of the board of directors of The Jewish Community Project Downtown and The Civilians, and is a trustee of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Mr. Stone graduated with an AB in Social Studies from Harvard College.
Peter Brown is the chairman and founder of Grassmere Partners, LLC, a Kansas City-based private investment firm. Prior to founding Grassmere Partners, , Brown was Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of AMC Entertainment Inc., one of the world's leading theatrical exhibition companies. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO, revenues grew from $1 billion to $2.3 billion. He successfully led the company through both public and private ownership, and several key acquisitions and innovations that transformed AMC from a family-run enterprise into a Fortune 1000 company. While at AMC, Brown was involved in several industry organizations and he received numerous community and industry distinctions. Prior to AMC, Mr. Brown worked in the fields of private equity and commercial banking.
Brown currently serves a director of three public companies: CenturyLink (NYSE:CTL), a leading provider of communications and information technology services included among the Fortune 500 list of America's largest companies; EPR Properties (NYSE: EPR), a real estate investment trust that he founded in 1997; Cinedigm Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM), one of the largest independent multi-platform entertainment content distributors in the United States.

Travis Hennings is a Senior Principal of Apollo Global Management, LLC having joined the firm in 2007. Prior to that time, Mr. Hennings was employed by Citigroup in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Hennings serves on the board of directors of Endemol Shine Group, Realogy Holdings Corp. and Core Media Group. Mr. Hennings graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Flip Huffard is a retired Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group, where he was employed since 1995. Huffard was one of the leaders of Blackstone's advisory business, where he provided financial advisory services to companies and creditors. He has worked with numerous clients in the media industry, especially in newspapers and publishing. Huffard is chairman of the board of Vubiq Networks, Inc., a wireless broadband networking technology company. Prior to Blackstone, Huffard worked at Hellmold Associates, Inc. and Smith, Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Huffard has an AB in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Eleni Lionaki is Senior Vice President, Business Development, Europe and Asia at 21st Century Fox. Prior to her joining 21st Century Fox, Ms. Lionaki was a Director at Deutsche Bank from 2009 to 2013, and prior to that a Vice President at Goldman Sachs International. Ms. Lionaki also serves on the board of Endemol Shine Group and Moby Group.
Ms. Lionaki graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Science and Economics from Harvard University and received an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Lukatsevich is Vice Chairman of Scout Media.
Prior to founding Tanzin Capital in 2013, Mr. Lukatsevich was a Partner and co-found of Access Media LP, a media communications focused private equity fund under the umbrella of Access Industries as well as Director of Access Industries. Access Industries is a privately held, U.S.-based industrial group with long-term holdings worldwide. Access was founded in 1986 by its Chairman, Len Blavatnik, an American industrialist. Access' industrial focus spans three primary sectors: natural resources and chemicals; telecommunications and media; and real estate. At Access, Mr. Lukatsevich was responsible for private equity investments in media, technology, telecommunications, energy and chemicals. He was involved with the acquisition of Warner Music Group, Lyondell Chemicals, Basell Polyolefins among other investments. Mr. Lukatsevich was also director on the boards of Acision, Boomerang Tube, Perform Group, ICE.net. O-Zone Networks. Mr. Lukatsevich was also Chairman of the board of directors of Boomerang Tube LLC, a leading US manufacturer of oil field service pipe (OCTG) products for the exploration and production (E&P) sector of the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Access in 2003, Mr. Lukatsevich was an executive with General Atlantic Partners, a leading private equity firm with over $17 billion of assets under management, where he focused on investments in technology, business services and media globally.
Mr. Lukatsevich has over 16 years of private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring department. Mr. Lukatsevich graduated with high honors from Duke University with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Economics. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a fellow of the Wexner Foundation Heritage Leadership Program.
Barry J. Siegel is the Managing Partner of Provident Financial Management, one of the largest business management firms in the United States acting for individuals in the entertainment and sports industries. In 1982, Mr. Siegel became one of the founding partners of Siegel & Feldstein, C.P.A.'s. In the 1990's, the firm expanded and changed its name to Provident Financial Management. In 1997, Provident was acquired by American Express and subsequently by RSM McGladrey. Mr. Siegel reacquired Provident in 2011. From 1972 to 1982, Mr. Siegel was a partner in the international C.P.A. firm of Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, where he was responsible for supervising the financial aspects of many major movie, television and music artists. Mr. Siegel is on the Advisory Board of Park Lane (investment bank) providing advisory services to sports based teams and businesses. Mr. Siegel is an investor in three Broadway musicals ("Jersey Boys", "Xanadu", and "Lost in Love"). He sits on the Board of Governors of the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Siegel is a Certified Public Accountant. He is married, has four children and resides in Marina Del Rey, California.
Lee Solomon is a Senior Advisor of Apollo Management, L.P., where he has been employed since 2009 and which, together with its affiliates, acts as manager of Apollo and related private securities investment funds. He currently serves on the board of directors of Endemol Shine Group, CORE Media Group and AMC Entertainment. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Solomon was Chief Operating officer of The Weinstein Company. He has also served as a Principal at Grosvenor Park, a leading provider of equity, debt and tax-based financing in the motion picture and television industry, and as Executive Vice-President of Business Affairs for Helkon Media, a German, UK and US television/firm production and distribution company. Mr. Solomon has held numerous positions in the film and television industry and has produced and executive produced several feature films. He holds an M.B.A from The Stern School of Business at New York University with an emphasis in Finance and a B.A. from the University of Rochester in Economics and Political Science.
